Bharat has taken significant steps to align with the International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML) recommendations and testing and calibration procedures for weights and measures. Reports prepared by the Legal Metrology’s Regional Reference Standards Laboratories (RRSLs) in India are now recognized and accepted by OIML issuing authorities.
