 The CSPHCL JE eligibility criteria are based on terms of age limit, educational qualification, and domicile.

CSPHCL JE Educational Qualification

The candidate must hold a three-year diploma in the appropriate engineering field from an AICTE/UGC-accredited university.

Junior Engineers at CSPHCL are compensated on an S-8 scale, with pay ranging from Rs.35,400 to Rs.1,12,400. Selected candidates will be placed on probation as Junior Engineers for three years, including the training time. The stipend will be as follows throughout the probationary period:
