1. NRA CET Exam Pattern 2021 (Expected)

Official details of NRA CET exam pattern are not out yet. So, let us try and understand what would the NRA CET exam pattern look like once it is announced.
We know that the NRA CET would replace the Tier 1 / Prelims phase of currently conducted exams by IBPS, RRB & SSC. Hence, assuming that the Common Entrance Test exam pattern would also be kind of similar to these exams would not be too far fetched.

  • So we can expect the NRA CET exam paper to have 4 sections – Reasoning, Quant, English & General Awareness.
  • The prelims/Tier-1 phase of the current exams is normally of 100 marks, so we can also expect the NRA CET exam to be of 100 marks.
  • Time Duration could be 60 to 80 minutes, with or without sectional timings, like we have now.
  • One thing which can be said with some certaininty now that there would be Negative marking in the NRA CET.
