So once you’ve done and cleared the Mains exam, you have to face the SBI PO Interview and GD rounds. These are the steps that follow after you’ve been selected for the final round:

SBI PO Psychometric Test, GD, PI

Students who qualify for the SBI PO Mains exam will be up next for the personality testing stage. This mainly consists of the Psychometric test, Group Exercise/Discussion, and Personal Interview. The results of the psychometric test are considered during the Personal Interview. The weightage of this particular stage is distributed as follows-

SBI PO Psychometric Test 2024

Psychometric tests are personality tests that employers use to study how a potential employee behaves in different situations. SBI PO Group Exercises 2024

The SBI PO Group Exercise is a selection round conducted as part of the SBI PO recruitment process. Candidates will be divided into groups and given a particular topic to discuss.
