  1. Paper I – Computer-Based Exam (Objective Type): Covers General Awareness, Reasoning, and Engineering Subject (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical). Candidates who qualify move to Paper II.
  2. Paper II – Computer-Based Exam (Objective Type): Includes subject-specific questions from the chosen engineering field. Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks.
  3. Document Verification: Candidates must submit identity proof, educational certificates, category certificate (if applicable), and other required documents.

SSC JE Selection Process – Physical and Medical Standards for Junior Engineers in BRO

Candidates applying for the post of Junior Engineer in the Border Roads Organization (BRO) must meet the required physical and medical standards. It is essential that candidates thoroughly review these standards before applying. The following details of the physical and medical criteria as per the last year’s notification.

  • Physical and Medical Standards: Candidates must meet the Physical Efficiency, Physical, and Medical Standards for Junior Engineer posts in BRO.
  • Post-Allocation: No changes will be allowed if a candidate does not meet the standards after post-allocation. Failure to qualify leads to cancellation.
