SSC JE Selection Process 2025

The Selection Process for the SSC JE 2025 consists of three stages which are Paper I, Paper II, and Document Verification. As per the notification, the selection process includes:

1. Paper I – Computer-Based Exam (Objective Type): Covers General Awareness, Reasoning, and Engineering Subject (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical). Candidates who qualify move to Paper II.

Candidates must be aware of the details of Paper I of the SSC JE 2025. All the candidates need to clear Paper I to qualify for Paper II.

• General Engineering Section: Candidates must attempt Part-A (Civil & Structural), Part-B (Electrical), or Part-C (Mechanical) as per their chosen stream.

• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted per wrong answer.

SSC JE Selection Process – Physical and Medical Standards for Junior Engineers in BRO

Candidates applying for the post of Junior Engineer in the Border Roads Organization (BRO) must meet the required physical and medical standards. It is essential that candidates thoroughly review these standards before applying. The following details of the physical and medical criteria as per the last year’s notification.

• Physical and Medical Standards: Candidates must meet the Physical Efficiency, Physical, and Medical Standards for Junior Engineer posts in BRO.
• Post-Allocation: No changes will be allowed if a candidate does not meet the standards after post-allocation. Failure to qualify leads to cancellation.
• Re-Allocation: The SSC will not re-assign posts if the candidature is canceled.
• Eligibility: Only male candidates are eligible for Junior Engineer posts in BRO.

SSC JE Documents Required

Candidates shortlisted in the final merit list of SSC JE 2025 had to attend the Document Verification process and they had to provide all required documents during this mandatory selection process for the SSC JE Examination.
