CSPHCL JE Salary & Job Profile: Overview, Salary Structure, Job Profile

Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Limited, issued a Notice of Recruitment for 307 vacancies for the post of Junior Engineer (JE), in September 2021. Although it is clearly mentioned in the notice issued that the number of vacancies may change at the discretion of CSPHCL. According to the notification issued by Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Limited,  CSPHCL JE Salary of the selected candidates will be as per the pay matrix (S-8). The CSPHCL JE Salary pay scale is 35,400 – 1,12,400. It is in accordance with the 7th pay commission.

CSPHCL JE Salary Structure During The Probation Period 

After the CSPHCL Junior engineer recruitment exam, the selected  CSPHCL JE candidates will be provisionally appointed and will serve a  probation cum training period of three years. In the probation period, they will receive a certain percentage of their basic pay.

During the probation period CSPHCL JE Salary shall be paid as follows: 

Year of service	Stipend
1st-year Salary	70% of 35,400 =   24,780
2nd-year Salary	80% of 35,400 =   28,320
3rd-year Salary	90% of 35,400 =   31,860

On this above basic pay, other allowances are payable.

The Total Gross And The -In-Hand CSPHCL JE Salary Structure

After the completion of the probation period, the CSPHCL JE Salary structure will be revised and full basic pay will be granted to them. The total gross CSPHCL JE Salary will be the sum of their basic pay, Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances. It will range from 35,400 to 1,12,400. The in-hand CSPHCL JE Salary will be the total gross income minus their deductions.
