The Union Cabinet has recently approved the creation of the National Recruitment Agency. However, there is no clarity on when the government will create the agency. The official recruitment notification for the NRS CET examination will be released by the authority very soon. The candidates can go through the Eligibility to see if they qualify to apply for the relevant posts. The expected Eligibility criteria are given below:

Age Limit 2021

The Age limit is not declared by the authorities yet. There will be minimum and maximum age limit criteria for Eligibility which the authorities will declare. Upper Age Relaxations for different reserved categories – Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and others too will be mentioned in the official recruitment notification. The upper age relaxations will be provided according to the rules and regulations of the Government.

Education Qualification 

The NRA CET will be conducted for three levels:

  • Class 10th level
  • Class 12th level
  • Graduation level
  1. 10th Pass Level: The candidates applying for the NRA- CET for the 10th Pass level examination would have different educational qualification requirements. The minimum educational requirement is a 10th pass from a recognised Board.
  2. 12th Pass Level: Candidates for the 10 2 exam level will have to qualify based on the level at which they will appear in the CET 12th pass from a recognised Board.
  3. Graduation Level: The educational qualification may have different requirements for the NRA CET graduation level examination. The candidates must hold a graduation degree or its equivalent from a recognised university.

Nationality 

The candidate has to be an Indian Citizen to be eligible to take the NRA CET examination. The candidates will require to produce a certificate as proof of Nationality during the process of document verification.
