The medical examination ensures that candidates meet the physical and medical standards necessary for the demands of a role in the RPF. Here are some key aspects of the RPF SI Medical Examination:

  • Vision Standards: Candidates must meet specified eyesight requirements, such as distant vision (6/6 and 6/9 without glasses) and near vision (0.6 and 0.6 without glasses). Candidates with color blindness are disqualified.
  • Physical Fitness: The examination assesses physical fitness and ensures candidates have no disabilities, deformities, or health conditions that could hinder performance.
