The SSC JE Tier I Exam is a crucial computer-based test. This exam serves as the initial phase for candidates aspiring to secure a job in Government Department as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer.

Mode of Examination: The exam is conducted online.
Duration: Candidates have 2 hours to complete the exam, whereas candidates eligible for scribe will be given 2 hours and 40 minutes to complete the test.
Total Questions: There are 200 questions in the exam.
Total Marks: The exam is for a total of 200 marks.
Marks per Question: Each question is worth 1 marks.
Negative Marking: For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
