TNPSC Group 1 Eligibility – Age Limit

District Employment Office	Graduates in Economics / Education / Sociology / Statistics or Psychology and those with Post Graduate Diplomas in Social Science and Experience in Industrial or Personal Management or Labour Welfare.

Candidates must complete their education in the following sequence: 10th grade, then HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Diploma, or equivalent, and finally, an undergraduate (U.G.) degree.
The TNPSC Group 1 Educational Qualification for these positions requires candidates to have achieved the specified qualifications in the prescribed order of studies.
Those in their final year of undergraduate studies are eligible to apply for the TNPSC Group 1 prelims exam. However, they must furnish proof of passing the degree exam when submitting original documents for the main exam. Their degree results must be declared by that time.

TNPSC Group 1 Requirement – Nationality

TNPSC Group 1 Eligibility – Knowledge of Tamil

3. Document Submission: Candidates must upload/produce SSLC/HSC/Degree/PG Degree mark sheets or proof of passing the Second Class Language Test (Full Test) in Tamil when required.

4. Consequences of Failure: Failure to provide necessary documents may necessitate passing the Second Class Language Test (Full Test) in Tamil within two years from the appointment date. Failure to comply may result in discharge from service.
