SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration Format 2026

SBI has provided the exact handwritten declaration text in the recruitment notification. Candidates must write the declaration in English on white paper using black ink. The declaration should be written in the candidate’s own handwriting and should not be in capital letters. The SBI Clerk handwritten declaration format is:

“I,______(Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______, hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine”.

Candidates should copy the declaration exactly as given in the notification. If a candidate does not have a left thumb, the right thumb can be used instead.

The notification also states that the signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration must belong to the applicant and not to another person. Handwritten declarations written in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted.

How to scan the SBI Clerk handwritten declaration?
