JKSSB Patwari Admit Card- Documents, Details

On 26/03/2021, the J&K Services Selection Board of the Government (JKSSB) of Jammu and Kashmir, via Advertisement No.02 of 2021, released a notification on the official website for the filling of 2311 vacancies.  Out of these vacancies, 142 vacancies are for the post of JKSSB Patwari.  Candidates can see the notification on the official website. JKSSB Patwari Admit Card 

All applicants must complete their registration against the Advertisement No.02 of 2021 put out by JKSSB on or before the final closing time and date. Applications that are complete in every respect will receive provisional acceptance by the Board as per the terms and conditions of the Advertisement as mentioned earlier. The board will issue the Roll numbers, and the JKSSB Patwari Admit Card/Roll Number Slip to such candidates to appear for the Written Examination.

When is the JKSSB Patwari Admit Card Made Available?

The board will issue the JKSSB Patwari Admit Card a week prior to the written exam date. The Admit Cards will be available on the Board’s official website, www.jkssb.nic.in. Candidates must download the JKSSB Patwari Admit Card and take a printout of the same. The candidate must carry the Admit Card to the Examination Hall to gain entry to the Examination. 

Documents to Carry with the Admit Card for Entry to the Examination Hall

Besides the JKSSB Patwari Admit Card, candidates need to carry some mandatory documents to the exam hall. They need to take at least two recent colour passport size photographs and a valid Photo ID proof in original such as:

  • Aadhaar Card or a printout of your E-Aadhaar
  • Driving License
  • Employer Identity Card (ID Card) for employees of Private/PSU/Govt., etc.
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card
  • University/College/School Identity Card (I-Card)
  • Valid Indian Passport

How Will You Receive Admit Cards and How Many

The board will issue a separate JKSSB Patwari Admit Card for each stage of the recruitment process. The candidates need to check the official website often to stay informed about the various releases and dates. The board will not send any admit cards by post to the candidates at any recruitment stage. So, candidates must regularly check the Board’s official website to know about the information regarding the exam and stay updated.

Downloading the JKSSB Patwari Admit Card / Hall Ticket

  • Visit the home page of the official website of the Examination.
  • In the left-hand section, click the Admit Card/Hall Ticket link.
  • The website will take you to the page where you can access your Admit card/Hall Ticket.
  • Provide your registration number and date of birth in DD/MM/YY format. 
  • Check the captcha and correctly key it in.
  • Click the Submit button.
  • The website will display your admit card. Check the details on the Admit Card for correctness.
  • Print it and download it for future reference.

JKSSB Patwari: Missing Admit Card

The board will publish all relevant information regarding the Examination approximately two weeks prior to the JKSSB Patwari Examination. This information includes details like Time Table, Exam Centre, etc.  Suppose a candidate finds that their Roll Number is not displayed on the Board’s website even a week prior to the examination date. In that case, the candidate should promptly contact the appropriate Divisional Office of the Selection Board of the J&K Services. The candidates must submit proof that they have applied to the recruitment process. If a candidate fails to do this, then the candidate will not have a roll number and will not be allowed any claim for consideration in the future.
