UPTET Result 2023: The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) will release the result for the Uttar Pradesh Teaching Eligibility Test 2023. UPTET Result 2023 – How to Check

The result will be available on the official website after UPBEB has addressed all objections to the UPTET answer key. Candidates can follow the steps given below to check their result and qualification status.

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official UPTET website or the website of the conducting authority (Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board).
2. Look for “Results” or “UPTET Result” Section: On the website’s homepage or in the navigation menu, find the section related to UPTET results.
3. Click on the Result Link: Click on the UPTET result link to proceed to the result checking page.
4. Enter Your Credentials: Provide your login credentials, which may include your UPTET roll number or registration number, and any other required information.
5. Submit the Details: After entering the necessary details, click on the “Submit” or “Check Result” button.
6. View and Download Result: Your UPTET result will be displayed on the screen. Check your marks, scorecard, and qualifying status. Download the result for future reference.

UPTET Result – Qualifying Marks

Candidates have to score a minimum percentage or marks to qualify for UPTET. The minimum qualifying percentage and marks for the General category and OBS/SC/ST etc are given in the table below. UPTET 2023 Result – Details Mentioned

The candidates will find a number of details in their UPTET results. Most importantly, the result will have their qualification status. Candidates can go through the following checklist of details that their UPTET result will provide.

1. Candidate’s Name: The full name of the candidate who appeared for the UPTET examination.

UPTET Result 2023 – How to Obtain Eligibility Certificate

Candidates who qualify the UPTET exam will be awarded with the UPTET eligibility certificate. This certificate is proof that the candidate can now be employed in state schools across the state of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates can obtain their UPTET certificate through the following steps-

• The UPTET certificate will be issued to the qualified candidates by the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) present in each district of UP.
• Only the candidates who have cleared the UPTET cut off will be informed and asked to collect their certificates.
• Candidates will be asked to bring documents for verification before they can receive their UPTET certificates.
• The candidates will receive their UPTET 2023 certificate one the document verification process is complete.  
• In case the DIET officials conducting the document verification find any discrepancy during the process, the candidate will not be issued their certificate.

Documents Required to Obtain UPTET Certificate

Candidates need a number of documents to be verified by their corresponding DIET officials. The following documents should be on hand when you go to collect your certificate.

• UPTET admit card
• Registration certificate
• Educational Certificate
• Caste certificate
• Special reservation letter
• Valid Govt. Photo ID card (Aadhar/PAN/Driving License), etc. 

How to Make Corrections to UPTET Certificate

In the rare case that there is incorrect information printed on the UPTET certificate, candidates have a period of 2 years to initiate their correction process for the same. The following steps have to be followed to make corrections to the UPTET certificate-

• Payment of Fee- Pay ₹500/- in Demand Draft through any nationalised bank to the issuing authority.
• Application to issuing authority- Candidates have file their request for correction to the Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh, 23 Allenganj Prayagraj.

Note: The correction process will only be done for any naming errors, ie. name of the candidate, parent/guardian’s name, etc.

Validity of UPTET Certification

The UPTET marks scored by the candidate are valid for a period of 5 years. Candidates who get UPTET certified can then proceed to apply for various teaching positions in Uttar Pradesh State Schools. While the marks have a validity of 5 years, the UPTET certification itself has lifetime validity.
