The Ministry of Railways has launched its updated All India Railway Time Table, commonly referred to as “TRAINS AT A GLANCE (TAG),” which came into effect on October 1, 2023. This new edition of “Trains at a Glance” is readily accessible on the official website of Indian Railways.

The new All India Railway Time Table, “TRAINS AT A GLANCE (TAG),” brings several noteworthy changes, including:

  • Introduction of 64 services of Vande Bharat Trains and an additional 70 train services to improve connectivity and travel options.
  • Extension of 90 existing services to reach new destinations, expanding the railway network’s reach.
  • An increase in the frequency of 12 services, allowing passengers more choices and flexibility in their travel plans.
  • The acceleration of 22 services to attain Superfast Category status, thereby reducing travel time for these trains.
  • Diversion of the 20501/02 Agartala-Anand Vihar Rajdhani route via Malda and Bhagalpur.
  • Adjustments to the timetable of certain services in the South Eastern Railway region to enhance punctuality.

These changes in the new timetable will provide passengers with improved connectivity, reduced travel times, and a more efficient travel experience. Travelers are advised to check the updated departure and arrival timings based on the new timetable to plan their journeys accordingly.
