Bihar Judiciary Selection Process 2020-2021

The BPSC Judicial Service Exam is divided into three sections. Each phase determines whether or not a candidate will be invited to the next round. These stages are as follows:

Preliminary Exam Pattern

The preliminary exam is an objective type exam containing a total of 250 questions of 1 mark each. The exam pattern for the preliminary exam has been given below in the following table –

Mains Exam Pattern

The candidates who cleared the preliminary exam are eligible to give the mains exam. There are a total of 6 papers in the main exam which contains 5 compulsory papers and one optional paper. The pattern has been given in the table below –

Eligibility Criteria For Judicial Services At The BPSC In 2021

You must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below if you want to apply for the Bihar Judiciary 2021 Exam. 

Educational Requirements: A graduation degree in law is required from a recognized university.

Age Restrictions: The exam requires a minimum of 22 years and a maximum of 35 years. The maximum age for women who are physically disabled is 40 years.

This year’s 31st Judicial Service Exam has 221 vacancies, according to the Bihar Public Service Commission. This is the total number of available positions; however, it varies by category. The Bihar Judiciary Vacancy for this year will be announced soon.

Application Procedure For The Bihar Judiciary

The following are the steps to be taken for Online Registration:

• Go to the Bihar Public Service Commission’s official website and click on the Judiciary Services Exam application link.
• Provide the necessary information such as name, address, date of birth, educational qualifications, work experience, etc.
• Include a recent colour passport photo and signature in the size and format specified; Pay the application fee; 
• Submit the form
• Print a copy of the application form for future reference.
