Other degrees may also be accepted provided that it has equal educational value. The Master’s degree should be M.A., M.Ed, M.Sc, MCA, M.Tech or M.E. from a reputed and well-recognized university. However, Diploma, Padada Ratna, Visharada, Pandit, and other Hindi Sabha degrees would be given topmost priority.
