The selection process for SEBI Grade A 2023 Legal Officer consists of Phase 1 Online Exam, Phase 2 Online Exam, and Phase 3 Interview.
The Phase 1 Exam will be conducted on 5th August 2023 and Phase 2 will be conducted on 9th September 2023.
The mandatory/compulsory Educational Qualification for SEBI Grade A Legal Officer 2023 is Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute.

4: Register yourself with IBPS or if you are already registered then enter the Registration Number, Password & Security Code.

5: Fill out the application form, Pay the application fee, and upload all necessary documents.

SEBI Grade A Legal Officer 2023 Eligibility Criteria

To fulfill the SEBI Grade A 2023 Legal Officer Eligibility, the candidates will have to fulfill the educational qualification and age limit. Below we have mentioned both of them.

SEBI Grade A Assistant Manager Legal Stream Educational Qualification

Mandatory Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute.
Desirable Experience – Two years post-qualification experience as an Advocate (including as an associate in an Advocate’s or Solicitor’s Office or Law firm) after being enrolled under the
Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961) shall be a desirable qualification.

SEBI Grade A Assistant Manager Legal Stream Age Limit

A candidate must not have exceeded the age of 30 years as of the reference date which is 31st May 2023. This simply means that the candidate must have been born on or after June 01, 1993.

There shall be negative marking (1/4th of marks assigned to the question) for Paper 1 and Paper 2 in Phase I.

SEBI Grade A Legal Officer 2023 Salary

The pay scale of officers in Grade A is ₹ 44500-2500(4)-54500-2850(7)-74450-EB-2850(4)-85850-3300(1)-89150 (17 years). The gross emoluments are approx. ₹1,49,500/- p.m. without accommodation and ₹1,11,000/- p.m. with accommodation.
