SEBI IT Officer Syllabus for both Phase 1 & Phase 2 has been updated here. The SEBI Grade A IT Officer Syllabus includes a comprehensive range of topics aimed at assessing candidates’ proficiency in various aspects of Information Technology.
SEBI Grade A IT Exam Pattern 2024
The SEBI Grade A IT Exam Pattern 2024 consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The MCQ section may assess candidates on topics such as Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English Language, and more. Check out the subsections below to know more about SEBI IT Officer Exam Pattern 2024.
SEBI IT Officer Phase 1 Exam Pattern 2024
Phase I is the online screening examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each. The Paper 1 is for 100 marks to be attempted in 60 minutes and the cut off is 30%. For Paper 2, the maximum marks is 100, the duration is 40 minutes and the cut off is 40%. The aggregate cut off for both the papers will be 40%.

Important Note:
- Negative Marking: 1/4th for both papers in Phase 1.
- Marks secured in Phase 1 will not be counted in final selection.
SEBI IT Officer Phase II Exam Pattern 2024
The Phase II will be further divided into two papers of 100 marks each. The aggregate cut off for both the papers will be 50%.

Important Points:
- Negative Marking will not be there for IT Stream.
- Question Papers will be in Hindi & English except for the English section.
SEBI IT Officer Interview Exam Pattern 2024
The weightage of Interview for final selection of SEBI Grade A will be 15% and the rest will be of Phase II. For Interview, the candidates can either opt Hindi or English.

Phase 1 Paper 2 of the SEBI IT Officer exam for 2024 aims to assess candidates’ understanding of IT related subjects and topics. The SEBI Grade A IT Syllabus for Paper 2 of Phase I has been given below:
