How To Upload The SSC Phase 12 Documents Online?
Candidates must follow these steps to upload their documents for the SSC Phase 12 Document Verification 2024 process. Please ensure that all documents are uploaded correctly to avoid issues with your application.
- Login and Access Upload Section: After logging in, click on the ‘Upload Documents’ button under the ‘My Applications’ tab, then the ‘Selection Posts Examination’ tab.
- Upload Required Documents (Excluding EQ/Experience): Read all instructions carefully, select the file, and click on ‘Upload’ to upload the required documents (excluding EQ/Experience). Repeat this for all applicable documents.
- Proceed to Post-wise Documents: Click on ‘Save and Next’ after uploading the initial documents. This will open a window for uploading Post-wise ‘EQ/Experience’ documents.
- Upload Post-wise EQ/Experience Documents: All posts for which you have qualified will be visible. Upload the required EQ/Experience documents for each post by clicking on the respective Post Code. Ensure documents are uploaded separately for each Post Category.
- Refer to Essential Qualification: The ‘Essential Qualification’ as per the Notice of Examination is provided for reference. Review the Notice carefully and upload documents by selecting the file and clicking ‘Upload’. Use ‘Add More +’ to upload multiple documents if needed.
- Save Uploaded Documents: After uploading all required documents, click on the ‘Save’ button.
- Upload Documents for Additional Posts: Click ‘Save’ to return to the previous page and upload documents for other posts following the same procedure.
- Complete and Exit: After uploading documents for all posts, click on ‘Save & Exit’ to finalize your submission.
Note: Candidature will only be considered for Post Codes with documents uploaded before the closing date. Applications for Post Codes with a ‘×’ indicating missing documents will be rejected.
