AIC MT Eligibility 2025: The Agriculture Insurance Company of India had announced 55 vacancies for the post of Management Trainees (MT) in 2025. The application process is now closed, and the exam has been conducted successfully. Candidates who appeared for the exam are now awaiting the results. AIC MT Eligibility Criteria 2025

 

For the 2025 recruitment cycle, candidates appearing for the AIC MT exam were required to meet specific eligibility criteria related to age, educational qualifications, and category-based relaxations. Applicants were expected to hold a relevant degree in their respective disciplines: Generalist, Rural Management, or Legal (as of 1st December 2024). The prescribed age limit was 21 to 30 years, calculated as of the same date. However, relaxations in the upper age limit were provided to candidates from reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen, in accordance with government rules. Meeting the full AIC MT Eligibility Criteria was mandatory to avoid disqualification during the selection process.

AIC MT Age Limit (as of 1st December 2024)

 

To be eligible for AIC MT 2025, candidates were required to fall within a specific age range. The minimum age was 21 years and the maximum age was 30 years, meaning applicants must have been born between 2nd December 1994 and 1st December 2003 (both dates inclusive). This age criteria was strictly followed during the application process.

Important Notes:

  • If eligible under multiple categories, relaxation can be combined, but the upper age should not exceed 45 years.

  • Ex-Servicemen who have already joined a civil job using reservation will lose their ex-serviceman status for future employment but remain eligible for age relaxation.
  • Those applying before joining civil employment may still claim ex-servicemen benefits by submitting a self-declaration about their previous applications.
  • Reservation benefits do not apply in the Officer Cadre for Ex-servicemen, only age relaxation is granted.

AIC MT Nationality

 

As part of the AIC MT Eligibility requirements, an applicant must meet one of the following nationality conditions:

  • The candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • Individuals from Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India are also eligible.
  • Persons of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries like Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the aim of permanent settlement in India can also apply.
