- Managerial work and supervision of clerks of the respective office.
- Managing Public Relations by building connections with existing customers and increasing customer base by selling bank services. Also handling customer grievances.
- Manage mortgages and loans and documents related to the same.
- Overlook the finances and cash flow of the bank.
Not all the above responsibilities lie with the Bank PO necessarily. It depends on the requirements of the branch they are posted to.
Nainital Bank PO Cut Off and Selection Process
The selection process for the Nainital Bank PO post begins with considering the Cut Off Marks of the candidate in the online exam conducted by the bank. This exam checks the knowledge and general management skills of the candidate. Selected candidates are required to attend the interview process.

Marking Scheme
- The Exam consists of a maximum of 200 marks, with 200 questions, each been allotted 1 mark.
- Every correct answer will earn 1 mark, and every wrong answer will lose 0.25 marks.
- No marks are awarded or depleted for omitted questions.
- The exam is conducted in English version only.
- Objective-type questions with five options for each question.
The Bank releases an Answer Key a few weeks after the examination. Candidates can use the same to calculate their scores before the declaration of their results to evaluate their performances.
