CAIIB Electives Exam Analysis 2023: On 17th December 2023, the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) held the CAIIB Electives exams. Candidates could choose the subject of their liking as their final fifth paper. Three of these – HRM, Risk Management and IT and Digital Banking, we will analyse here. 2 shifts each of HRM and Risk Management, and one shift of IT.
