IBPS Clerk Renamed as Customer Service Associate, Check Official Notice

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced a significant change in the recruitment of Clerks under the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for 2024. Starting from April 1, 2024, the position previously called “Clerk” in Public Sector Banks has been renamed to “Customer Service Associate” (CSA).
