JKSSB Exam Calendar 2023: Every year, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) conducts exams to recruit aspirants for various posts. This year too, JKSSB has released the official exam calendar for the year 2023-2024. This calendar will contain the dates of all the posts that the Board will be recruiting for. Stage 2- Urdu Language Test

The exam intends to check the working knowledge of the Urdu Passage of the candidates. The same will be tested on the same day.

The test consists of 2 sections:

  • Reading section-20 Marks
    • Candidates would be required to answer questions each carrying one mark out of the given passages. 
  • Writing section- 30 Marks

Stage 3- Document verification

Here is the list of documents required for the document verification process, make sure you have all the documents ready before the third stage.

  • Marks sheet(s)/Diploma/Degree(s) of the qualification
  • Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as an equivalent qualification.
  • Caste/ Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories.
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Two passport-size recent color photographs
  • Original Photo ID Proof

Points to Remember:

  • There will be a negative marking of 0.25.
  • Those candidates, who have cleared the prelim exam, will be eligible to appear in the skill test.

Points to Remember

  • The written examination is a computer-based test.
  • The written examination for the post of JKSSB JE civil is a multiple-choice question test.
  • The total number of questions is 120.
  • The total marks for the Written examination are 120.
  • For every correct answer, the candidate will be allotted 1 mark.
  • For every incorrect answer or multiple answers to one question, there will be a negative marking of .25 marks.
  • No negative marking is done for unanswered questions.
  • The time duration of the written examination is 120 minutes (2 hours).

JKSSB Accounts Assistant (Finance)

JKSSB Finance Account Assistant Examination is divided into two parts, the first of which is a written test with objective questions. Following the written test, the second stage is the interview, which is primarily a document verification process.

The selection for the posts shall be made on the basis of merit obtained in written examination only.

(I) The Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set in English only.

(II) There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
