Hi, I am Janani and I have completed my graduation in 2018. After my graduation I was extremely confused regarding the further proceedings and what to do. All I knew was that I did not want to join a software company. I tried and searched for various options with which I could move forward. This is when I came to know about SBI exams and thought to give it a try. But when the notification was out, I was disheartened as I could not fulfill the eligibility criteria (I was not 21 years).

Later I came to know about IBPS PO exam. I was not interested in joining coaching centers so I again took help of online preparation materials. So again I searched in google and found that Oliveboard is the best website for Banking exams. The standard of the questions in the mock tests were very high but it helped me a lot to prepare accordingly for the real exam. The marks I used to score in the real exam was atleast 10 marks greater than the marks I got in the Oliveboard mock tests. Thus it helped me immensely to clear IBPS PO with ease.

I never studied for 10 to 12 hours per day. My complete focus was on clearing my basic concepts and practicing mock tests. Practicing the different types of questions on a daily basis helped me a lot to gain proper speed and accuracy. Eventually I gained enough confidence which helped me to crack the exams.

During my preparation days, many people told me that cracking such competitive exams without any offline coaching and 10 hours of daily study would be just impossible. They also told that cracking such exam in first attempt would be a tough job as it takes years to get selected in government jobs through such competitive exams. Let me tell you guys, this is a MYTH. All you need is to be sincere with your preparation. Practicing 10 hours daily without clearing your fundamentals and basics will take you nowhere. You must have a proper approach towards your preparation. Trust me 2 to 4 hours daily is enough if you are fully dedicated and sincere.

So, this is my advice to all the aspirants to have confidence that they have the potential to crack such competitive exams. Each one of you have your own weakness and strengths. So never make the mistake of comparing yourself with others, and focus on improving yourself day by day. BE YOUR BIGGEST COMPETITOR- challenge yourself each day to be better than you were yesterday.
