UKSSSC Lekhpal Syllabus: Overview, Selection Process, and more

The Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) is responsible for conducting all the exams for the selection of candidates for recruitment of different vacancies in various departments of the Government of Uttarakhand. It has issued notification for the recruitment of certain posts in 2021 in different departments of the Government of Uttarakhand. The total number of vacancies is 147 for the post of the UKSSSC Lekhpal. The application for the exam was filed from 22 June 2021 to 05^th August 2021. The exam will be conducted in November. The final date will be announced on the official website. The candidates should be aware of the UKSSSC Lekhpal Syllabus and the topics included in each section in detail to prepare accordingly.

UKSSSC Lekhpal Syllabus (For Written Test 2021) :

3. Languages / Dialects of Uttarakhand (Garhwali, Kumaoni, Jaunsari)
4. Identification & Correction of Spelling errors
5. Types of Sentences, Identification of wrong words & wrong sentences and their correction
6. Synonyms, Antonyms, Proverbs, etc.
7. Hindi Comprehension
8. Letter Writing 
9. Knowledge of Hindi Social Media, Modes of Communication in Hindi through Television & Newspapers, etc.
10. Hindi Typing on computer & Use of Hindi on Internet etc.
11. Hindi literature of 10^th & 12^th Standard (Poems of Nirala, Sumitra Nandan Pant, Makhan Lal Chaturvedi, Rajesh Joshi, Mukti Bodh, Ras Khan, Meera, Tulsi, Kabir, etc. and Stories of  Prem Chand, Hazari Prasad Dwivedi, Mahadevi Verma, Manu Bhandari, Shekhar Joshi, Hari Shankar Parsai, Pitambar Dutt Barthwal, Manohar Shyam Joshi, etc.)

Selection Process

There are three parts of the Selection Process i.e. Physical tests, written exams, and an interview make up the selection procedure. The written exam is taken online. The following is a general description of the examination method used to choose candidates for this position with the Uttarakhand government:
