UPSC EPFO Exam Date 2025 Out
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially announced the exam date for the recruitment of Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer (EO/AO) and Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). The written examination will be conducted on 30th November 2025 in an offline, pen-and-paper-based format. Selection Process for UPSC EPFO Recruitment 2025
The recruitment for EO/AO and APFC posts will be carried out through two stages: a Combined Recruitment Test (CRT) and an interview. Candidates must qualify in both stages to be considered for the final merit list.
1. Combined Recruitment Test (CRT)
The CRT is designed to test the aptitude and subject knowledge of candidates. It will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions covering a wide range of topics relevant to the role.

2. Interview

Final Merit List: The merit will be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in both stages combined: CRT (300 marks) + Interview (100 marks).

The UPSC EPFO Exam 2025 is scheduled on 30th November 2025 (Sunday) in the forenoon session from 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
This year, UPSC has released a total of 230 vacancies, out of which 156 are for EO/AO posts and 74 for APFC posts under the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).
The selection process includes two stages: a Combined Recruitment Test (CRT) of 300 marks and an Interview of 100 marks. The final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in both stages combined.
The CRT will be an offline OMR-based test consisting of objective-type questions. It will carry 300 marks and the duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
