List of documents for SIDBI Grade A Interview

The SIDBI Grade A and Grade B Phase 2 results were released on 5th November 2025. Candidates who have been shortlisted will now appear for the interview. The interview for all posts and grades will be conducted for a total of 100 marks.

While appearing for the Interview, candidate have to produce valid prescribed documents. If any candidate fails to present the documents then his/her candidature will be cancelled. Below is the List of documents for SIDBI Grade A Interview, check it out.

List of documents for SIDBI Grade A Interview

At the time of the interview, the following documents supporting the candidate’s identity and eligibility must always be provided in original and their self – attested photocopies. The candidate will not be able to continue in the hiring process if the required paperwork is not submitted at the time of the interview.

  1. Interview Call Letter – Printed valid interview call letter.
  2. Application Form – System-generated printout of the online application.
  3. Exam Call Letter – Authenticated exam call letter (with ID proof copy).
  4. Date of Birth Proof – Birth certificate or 10th (SSLC) certificate with DOB.
  5. Photo Identity Proof – PAN/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID/Aadhaar, etc.
  6. Permanent Address Proof – Any one: Telephone/Electricity bill, Bank statement, Ration card, Rent agreement, etc.
  7. Educational Certificates – Graduation/Equivalent marksheets & certificates. (Result declared on/before 11 August 2025).
  8. Caste/Category Certificate – For SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates, in prescribed format.
    • OBC: Must include “Non-Creamy Layer” clause (valid within 1 year of interview).
    • EWS: Income & Asset Certificate (FY 2024–25, valid for 2025–26).
  9. Disability Certificate – Issued by the District Medical Board (for PwBD).
    • If scribe used in exam – bring filled scribe details form.
  10. Ex-Servicemen – Service/Discharge Book, PPO, and proof of rank; if still in service, a certificate confirming release before 11 August 2026.
  11. NOC (No Objection Certificate) – For candidates employed in Govt./PSU/Financial Institutions.
  12. Conditional NOCs will not be accepted.
  13. 1984 Riot Affected Persons – Certificate from District Magistrate (if applicable).
  14. Experience Certificates – From all previous/current employers mentioning job profile, joining & relieving dates, etc. (as per Appendix IV format) {as per SIDBI Grade A Notification 2025}.
  15. Eligibility Certificate – For candidates under categories (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) of Point 4.1 (if applicable) {as per SIDBI Grade A Notification 2025}.
  16. Any other relevant documents – Supporting eligibility or claims.

Note: – Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the interview if he/ she fails to produce the relevant eligibility List of documents for SIDBI Grade A Interview as mentioned above and SC/ST/PwBD candidates shall also not be reimbursed to and for journey fare. No documents shall be directly sent to SIDBI/IBPS by candidates before or after the interview.

Competent Authorities for Issuing Certificates

Candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD must obtain their certificates only from the authorities recognized by the Government of India. The details of competent authorities for each category are mentioned below.

1. For SC / ST / OBC Categories

Certificates for reserved categories must be issued only by authorized government officers as per GOI guidelines.

  • District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate / Collector / Deputy Commissioner
  • Additional Deputy Commissioner / Deputy Collector / First Class Stipendiary Magistrate / City Magistrate / Sub-Divisional Magistrate (not below the rank of First Class Stipendiary Magistrate) / Taluk Magistrate / Executive Magistrate / Extra Assistant Commissioner
  • Chief Presidency Magistrate / Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate / Presidency Magistrate
  • Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar
  • Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate or family normally resides

2. For Economically Weaker Section (EWS)

Income and Asset Certificates for EWS candidates must be issued by a competent authority as prescribed by the Government of India.

  • District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate / Collector / Deputy Commissioner
  • Additional Deputy Commissioner / First Class Stipendiary Magistrate / Sub-Divisional Magistrate / Taluka Magistrate / Executive Magistrate / Extra Assistant Commissioner
  • Chief Presidency Magistrate / Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate / Presidency Magistrate
  • Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar
  • Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate or family normally resides

3. For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)

Disability certificates must be issued by a duly constituted Medical Board at the District level.

  • Issuing Authority: District Medical Board, consisting of—
    • Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
    • Sub-Divisional Medical Officer
    • Orthopaedic / Ophthalmic / ENT Surgeon
    • Or any person designated as certifying authority by the appropriate Government

Category Certificate Requirement

All candidates claiming reservation must present valid category certificates at the time of interview.

  • Applicable for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD categories.
  • Certificates must be in the prescribed format issued by the competent authority.

Identity Proof (for Examination & Interview)

Candidates must carry a valid photo ID to verify their identity during examination and interview. Accepted and not accepted Photo IDs are:

  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Permanent Driving Licence
  • Voter’s Card
  • Bank Passbook with photograph
  • Photo ID issued by a Gazetted Officer / People’s Representative
  • College / University ID card
  • Aadhaar / e-Aadhaar card (with photo)
  • Employee ID / Bar Council ID card (with photo)
  • Ration Card (Not Accepted)
  • Learner’s Driving Licence (Not Accepted)

For name change cases: Candidates must produce an original Gazette notification, marriage certificate, or affidavit in original.

Proof of Permanent Address

At the time of the interview, candidates must provide one valid proof of their permanent address. Acceptable documents (any one) as proof of permanent address are provided below. If the ID proof already contains your permanent address, no separate proof is required.

  • Telephone bill
  • Bank account statement
  • Letter from recognized Public Authority
  • Electricity bill
  • Ration card
  • Letter from employer (subject to SIDBI’s satisfaction)
  • Registered rent agreement (with State Government or similar authority)

Note: In order to participate in the examination or interview, candidates must bring an original copy of the photo identification document bearing their name exactly as it appears on the online application form or call letter, as well as a photocopy of the document.
