As per the RBI Grade B Notification, the selection process is being conducted to select the skilled professionals for General, DEPR, and DSIM roles. It starts with Phase-I, an online objective test on subjects like economics, statistics, reasoning, aptitude, and English.
Qualified candidates move to Phase 2, which includes descriptive and objective papers to test analytical, writing, and role-specific skills.
