Final Super TET Selection Process: Assistant Teacher
The final selection procedure for the SUPER TET (UP Assistant Teacher) 2021 includes a 10% weightage for total percentages acquired in high school, intermediate, graduation, and teacher training certificates. It also consists of 60% weightage for the Super TET written test. As a result, the overall cut-off will be calculated using the weighted average of the written exam and academic grades.

The process involves two stages

- Only the Principal will be assigned to the Educational Management and Administration Section.
- For the Principal Post exam, the paper will be based on Education Department related Acts, Recommendation, Rules, government order education policy, Order, Commission/Committee, scheme, etc.
