The syllabus of the RBI Grade B Exam is crisp as compared to UPSC. For Phase 1, the General Awareness section has the highest weightage and that can be covered with Current Affairs, Static GK, etc. Also, the GA section can be prepared for both Phase 1 & Phase 2 simultaneously as Phase 2 consists of Economic & Social Issues (ESI), Finance & General Management (FM). Here, being well-versed in GA helps a lot. Also, Phase 2 consists of both descriptive & objective questions and the UPSC Aspirants already prepare for descriptive questions, so it will become slightly easy for them to tackle the exam.
