Prerequisites While Applying With The MPSC Rajyaseva Online Form

a) A valid and working Email Id.

b)A valid and working mobile number in the profile creation.

c)A scanned copy of the applicant’s recent photograph and the following should be the specification:

  • A photograph should be in formals with solid colour ( preferably Blue, Green, and Red) background.
  • It must be a proper passport size colour picture.
  • It must be taken in full-face view directly facing the camera.
  • It should have no shadows and red eyes.
  • Size of the photograph must be: Breadth 3.5cm and Height 4.5cm 
  • The maximum size of the photograph must be 50 KB
  • The format of the photo should be .jpg or .jpeg only.
  • The file name should be 10 characters maximum.
  • A scanned photograph should not have any other content, such as a watermark, stamp, name of mobile app used for scanning, etc.

d) A scanned copy of the applicant’s signature and the following should be specification:

  • The signature should be done with black ink on a blank white paper and it must be scanned.
  • Scanned signature should not have any other content, such as watermark, name of mobile used for scanning, etc.
  • The signature should be done by the student only and not by any other person.
  • Size of the photograph of signature: Breadth 3.5cm and Height 1.9cm.
  • The maximum size should be 50 KB.
  • Photo format should be .jpg or .jpeg only.

e) Other relevant details:

  • Aadhar Card
  • Domicile Certificate ( if applicable )
  • Non-creamy layer certificate ( if applicable )
  • Cast/ Ews Certificate ( if applicable )

MPSC Rajyaseva Online Form: Process Of Application Submission

Step 1: Creating or Updating Profile

  • First, visit the official website and log in to your account with the registered Email ID/ Mobile number, Password and the generated OTP.
  • After logging in, click on the profile section. In this section, you need to fill in six pieces of information like- Personal Information, Address, Qualification, Experience, Other Information, and Photo/ Signature.
  • After filling in all the details click on the “SAVE” button.
  • On completion, you need to check the terms and conditions and on submission, your profile will be locked.
  • The given information needs to be updated before submitting or you can do the same through the “My Application” section.
  • After completing updates on submission, your profile will be locked.

Step 2: Online Application

  • This section displays the advertisements which are available for application submission.
  • At the view tab of each advertisement, you will get the details of required qualifications, application start, and end date, fees, etc with relevant details.
  • Under each advertisement, you can view eligibility criteria, and accordingly, you can set a preference against the required post. 
  • Select the centre of your choice.
  • After that enter, the location from where the application is being filed, agree to declaration.
  • Do the necessary payment and then submit.
  • You can view submitted details in the “My Account” section.

Step 3: My Account 

  • In this section, you will get the complete summary of your profile, and update it accordingly. 
  • List of applied positions.
  • You can download the fees receipt through the fee receipt tab.
  • If you want to cancel the application, it can be done by the cancel button.

Application Fees

The MPSC Rajyaseva application fee is to be paid during the submission of the application form for the exam. 

  • Application fees for the general category candidates are Rs. 544
  • Application fees for the candidates who belong to reserved categories are Rs. 344.

MPSC Rajyaseva Exam: Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: The candidates should be the citizen of India.
  • Age: Minimum age limit for this exam is 19 years and the Maximum age limit for General candidates is 38 years, for Reserved classes/ Ex-servicemen/ Meritorious sportsperson is 43 years and for Disabled candidates is 45 years.
  • Educational Qualification: The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from any recognized and registered university in India.
