SCL Assistant Selection Process 2025
Candidates are chosen based on their performance in the written examination. This is followed by document verification and a medical examination. The breakdown of the written test is as follows:
- The test has 100 multiple-choice questions categorized into two parts.
- The test is 2 hours long.
- An additional 40 minutes are given for PwBD candidates.
- A negative marking of 0.25 marks is there for each wrong answer.

The exam is divided into two parts, A and B. Part A consists of 40 marks while part B consists of 60 marks. You must attempt both parts in 2 hours and 40 minutes.

What Are the Minimum Passing Marks in the SCL Assistant Recruitment Exam?
Candidates should obtain at least 40% in both parts A and B. Relaxation in marks is given to those belonging to categories apart from General.
- UR candidates need at least 50% marks in both parts to clear the exam.
- A 5% relaxation in marks obtained individually and collectively) is for the OBC/EWS category
