My name is Kusuma D R, and I am from Bangalore. I completed my graduation in commerce. Becoming a banker has been my dream for the past 10 years. In 2022, I started preparing for bank exams to turn this dream into reality.

Kusuma D R – Preparation Journey

My name is Kusuma D R, and I am from Bangalore. I completed my graduation in commerce. Becoming a banker has been my dream for the past 10 years. I dreamt of becoming a banker in 2014 when I was in class 9. This dream grew and became stronger by the time I graduated, leading me to start my preparation. However, in 2020, a big twist happened in my life when my father passed away, and I had to take responsibility for my home. I started working, but my dream didn’t die. It stayed with me throughout my journey. In 2022, I began preparing seriously for the exams. Despite having limited time, I managed to study all subjects and identify my weak areas. I practiced diligently to improve those weak spots. Ultimately, I reached my destination and achieved my dream.

Subject-Wise Preparation Strategy 

Firstly, I completed all the basics and cleared all concepts. Then, I started to work on my speed. Every day, I solved 10-20 arithmetic problems. Once I improved my speed, I began taking sectional mock tests.

Reasoning: Initially, I completed all the miscellaneous topics. Then, I started solving pre-level puzzles. Gradually, I moved on to solving mains puzzles and mains questions.

English: I watched daily editorial questions and regularly solved questions from mock tests.

GK / GA: Due to time constraints, I followed weekly and monthly PDFs for my preparation.

How Oliveboard helped you?
