1. Success Story of Saptarshi – An Inspiring Journey
My name is Saptarshi Ghosh. I am from Kolkata (West Bengal). I completed B.com (Hons) in 2017. After that, I was very much confused about my career. Finally, I decided to prepare for Government Jobs. First In 2018, I wrote SBI PO prelims (out). After that, I gave IBPS PO prelims(out), Ibps clerk prelims (out), SBI Clerk Prelims(out). Actually, in 2018, I couldn’t clear any of the prelims exams. I realized that I am not going in the right way.
Right from 2019, I started preparing seriously, I started following online classes of Oliveboard and I could feel the improvement in me. In 2019, I cleared SBI CLERK Prelims and LIC ADO Prelims but couldn’t clear the Mains of these two exams.
After that one of my brother Ashu Jain who is an SBI Clerk advised me to give a regular Mock Test from Oliveboard. So I started solving Mock Tests from Oliveboard. After that, I cleared IBPS PO Prelims and Mains, IBPS Clerk Prelims, LIC Assistant Prelims and Mains.

2. Saptarshi’s Section-wise Preparation Strategy
2.1 English Section Preparation Strategy
I used to read editorials, articles of my choice. Actually English was my strongest section. I used to score maximum marks in English. I think one should be very strong in basic grammar rules and increase reading habits to score good marks in this section.

2.2 Quant Section Preparation Strategy
It was my weakness and I started following maths classes of Oliveboard and after a certain time, it became my strongest point. I used to practice DI, Simplifications, Quadratic Equation, and Number Series and worked hard on the Arithmetic section. I also used to give a section-wise test in Oliveboard. To clear banking exams, one should work hard on the Arithmetic section as in Mains DI’s are also based on Arithmetic sums.
2.3 Reasoning Section Preparation Strategy
Reasoning, initially I started doing puzzles and I made sure that I’m really good with each and every type of puzzles. I made sure that my speed goes really well for prelims and mains. For reasoning also I took the help of the teachers of Oliveboard and I used to cover all the Youtube classes of them.

2.4 GA Section Preparation Strategy
GA is one of the deciding factors for me, so I started reading GA from BOLT Monthly Current Affairs of Oliveboard and started reading the newspaper on a daily basis. To clear Main exams, GA is the key.
