Yes, there will be a 0.33% negative marking for every wrong answer. Giving multiple answers to one question will be considered a wrong answer even if one of the answers happens to be correct.

What is the educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in the UPPSC PCS exams? 

The candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from the recognized university or equivalent to such qualification. The Commission has also prescribed certain additional qualifications for the specialized government posts.
