CMAT 2022 Section Wise Analysis

Language Comprehension

Difficulty Level: Easy to moderate

Good Attempts: 15-17

The English section or language comprehension section was easy to moderate and included questions from reading comprehension passages, para jumbles

General Awareness

Difficulty Level: Easy

Good Attempts: 17-18

The section on general awareness was easy and consisted mostly of questions from static gk (around 70%) while the rest were current affairs.

Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation

Difficulty Level: Moderate

Good Attempts: 14-16

The quant section consisted of questions mostly from arithmetic. In addition to that, there were questions from geometry, number system, data interpretation, and algebra. The Quant section was easy to moderate in difficulty level.

Logical Reasoning

Difficulty Level: Easy to moderate

Good Attempts: 14-15

The section on logical reasoning was easy to moderate which involved questions from blood relations, coding-decoding, seating arrangements, odd one out, directions, assertion, reasoning, etc.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Difficulty Level: Moderate

Good Attempts: 15-17

The section on innovation and entrepreneurship included questions based on business personalities, entrepreneurship, and innovation. There was one reading comprehension passage that was based on entrepreneurship.
