NPS Trust syllabus: NPS Grade A syllabus and Grade B syllabus for Assistant Manager and Manager positions are the same. Phase 1 is an online MCQ-based exam with questions from English, reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and domain-based knowledge. This exam is worth 120 marks. The NPS Grade A syllabus for phase 2 is lengthy. Phase 2 has two tests: a descriptive English test that tests your grammar and writing skills and an MCQ-based test with questions related to your stream. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks in both stages of the NPS Trust exam.
NPS Grade A Syllabus

NPS Trust Exam Pattern 2025
The phase 1 is the online exam consisting of one paper of 120 marks and phase 2 is the online exam consisting of two papers of 100 marks each. The last phase is the Interview. NPS Grade A Exam Pattern – Phase 2
The phase 2 for both Grade A and B officer selection consists of two papers of 100 marks each. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question. The question papers will be set bilingually in Hindi and English.
