OICL AO Recruitment Selection Process 2024
Candidates interested in the Administrative Officers position, will be selected on the basis of their performance in the following stages of selection process:
- Prelims Exam:
- Format: Multiple-choice questions.
- Qualifying Nature: Marks from Prelims don’t affect final ranking.
- Mains Exam:
- Format: Mix of objective and descriptive questions.
- Total Marks: 230 (200 for objective + 30 for descriptive).
- Qualification Requirement: Candidates need minimum marks in both sections and overall.
- Interview:
- Qualification Criteria: Candidates who pass Mains proceed to Interview.
- Weightage: Online Exam counts for 80%, Interview for 20%.
Final Selection:
- The ultimate selection is determined by the combined performance in the Mains Exam and Interview.
- The weightage ratio for the Online Exam and Interview is 80:20, respectively.
- Marks obtained in the Prelims exam do not contribute to the final merit list.
