Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a government-recognized university.

UPSC EPFO Notification 2023: Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of a two-phase examination i.e.
- Written Test
- Personal Interview
Weightage in the ratio of 75:25 will be accorded for marks in Recruitment Test and for marks in the Interview for determining the final merit in the instant recruitment case.
UPSC EPFO Exam Pattern
- The written Test will be of objective type in a pen-paper mode.
- There will be a negative marking of 1/3 marks for each wrong answer.
- The test will be for 300 marks
- The test will be of two hours duration
- All questions will carry equal marks.
- The test will be objective-type questions with multiple choices of answers.
- The medium of the test will be both Hindi and English.

As per the latest notification released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the recruitment of an Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer (EO/AO) in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), the salary for the post is:
Level-8 in the Pay Matrix (i.e., Rs. 47,600 – 1,51,100).
