ASRB NET Eligibility 2023

ASRB NET Nationality 2023
Candidates should have proof of domicile when they apply for ASRB NET 2023. The following points should be kept in mind with regards to the nationality of the candidates. A candidate must be either:-
- A citizen of India
- A citizen of Nepal
- A citizen of Bhutan
- A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
ASRB NET Age Limit 2023
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years as on 01.01.2023. There is no upper age limit for the National Eligibility Test.
ASRB NET Eligibility Criteria 2023 – Educational Qualification
A candidate must possess a Master’s degree or equivalent in the concerned Discipline and specialization completed on or before 30.09.2023 from any Indian University incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or he/she must have a qualification from a foreign University recognized as equivalent eligibility qualification by the Government of India (GoI).

There is no restriction on the number of attempts to appear in the National Eligibility Test.
