SSC CHSL Exam Pattern 2024 for Tier 1
The SSC CHSL Tier-I Exam will have multiple-choice questions in both English and Hindi for papers 1, 2, and 3. Candidates will get 2 marks for each correct answer, but for every wrong answer, 0.50 marks will be deducted. Candidates should be cautious of this while responding to questions.
Candidates will get a total time of 60 minutes whereas candidates eligible for scribe will get 80 minutes to complete the exam.

Candidates’ comprehension skills will be tested, for which two or more paragraphs will be given and questions based on those will be asked. At least one paragraph should be a simple one based on a book or a story and the other paragraph should be based on current affairs editorial or a report.
