Candidates who have applied for the post of Navik (GD) can download their Admit Cards using the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the recruitment Board.

Step 2: Click on the link stating Coast Guard GD Navik Admit card

Step 3: Login through your Provisional Id and Password.

Step 4: Check that the details you enter match the details on your application form.

Step 5: Click on the Get Admit Card.

List Of Documents to be Carried for Navik (GD) Examination 

Candidates must carry the following documents to the examination centre:

  1. Three copies of the e-Admit card with their latest photograph affixed to it.
  2. Original Class 10th pass certificate.
  3. Original Class 10th mark sheet.
  4. The Original Class 12th pass certificate
  5. Original Class 12th mark sheet.
  6. Original Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  7.  Income certificate for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) as per the Govt. of India format (No other format will be accepted). The format is available on the official website.
  8. In case of the reserved category candidates, availing age or percentage relaxation, the current or permanent address of online application should be the same as the address mentioned in caste/ category certificate (SC, ST & OBC)/Income certificate for EWSs (Economically Weaker Sections as per Govt.  of India format. In the case of OBC applicants, the category certificate should not be more than three financial Years old. For such cases, renewed/ fresh certificate produced must be in original as per Govt. of India format.
  9. Proof of identity such as passport, driving license, Aadhar card/ voter ID card, Pan card, School/ College ID card or any other photo identity proof.
  10. Ten recent blue background colour passport size photographs.
  11. Self-signed undertaking certificate as per format available on ICG recruitment website.
  12. Domicile certificate

Note:

  • Candidates not in possession of the above documents will not be permitted to appear in the written examination. 
  • Original educational certificates will be returned after verification. 
  • If any variations are found in the application at the time of verification, the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled. 
  • Qualified candidates to submit one copy of self-attested photocopy of all documents at the examination Centre. Name and other particulars (Parents name, date of birth, etc.) should be the same on all the documents.

Things Not Permitted inside the Examination Hall

The Coast Guard GD Navik is an important examination, and therefore to make use of this opportunity, certain things are to be avoided. Taking the below-mentioned things with you in the exam centre may lead to the cancellation of your application. Below is the list of things to be avoided

  3. Electronic devices like mobiles, laptops and others
