- Objective-based written test: Candidates have two hours to complete the written exam, which comprises of objective questions. Each subject is worth 100 marks and includes Aptitude Test, numerical and mental ability test, Hindi, General Knowledge, Law and constitution, Intelligence Quotient, general Hindi, Reasoning and mental aptitude.
- PST (Physical Standard Test) and Document Verification: Those who have cleared the written examination must now prove that they are physically fit due to the nature of the job. Candidates’ height and chest measures are taken into consideration; male and female candidates have different measurement criteria.
- PET (Physical Efficiency Exam): After passing both of the preceding rounds, the candidate is called in for the physical efficiency test. Female candidates must run 2.4 kilometres in 16 minutes, while male candidates must run 4.8 kilometres in 28 minutes.
- Medical Examination: The medical examination is the final round, and it is one step closer to securing your dream job. Candidates must meet certain requirements to prove that they are medically fit.
