(A) Basic Law & Constitution

To summarize it all, the UP SI Syllabus is based on the following patten. General Hindi consists of 40 questions, Numerical & Mental Ability Test (40 questions), Mental Aptitude Test/Intelligence Test/Test of Reasoning (40), and Law/ Constitution & General Knowledge (24 and 16) respectively.

Points to Remember
- UP Police SI exam will be an objective type online test.
- There is no negative marking in UP Police SI Exam.
- UP Police is conducted in both Hindi and English except the General Hindi which will be in Hindi.
- Each of the 160 questions will carry 2.5 i.e a total of 400 marks.
- Test duration is 2 hours. (120 minutes).
- Candidates need to score a total of 200 with a minimum of 35 in individual sections.
