About UPSSSC PET 2021 Exam

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) is the state organization authorized to conduct civil service examinations for appointments to various Group C and Group D posts within the state of Uttar Pradesh. UPSSSC was constituted under the provisions of the U.P. Subordinate Services Selection Commission Act 2014 (often shortened to UPSSSC Act 2014) after it was recognized that there was a need for a recruitment drive to attract people to Group 'C' and Group 'D' positions within the state departments dealing with civil services. UPSSSC PET Eligibilty

Candidates who want to appear for UPSSSC PET 2021 must fulfill the following eligibility criteria as if they do not qualify for the eligibility conditions their application may lead to rejection.

1. Minimum Educational Qualification: Only the candidates who have passed High school/ class 10th or any other equivalent exam can apply for UPSSSC PET 2021. Those who have not passed High school cannot apply.

2. Nationality: Applying candidates must be of Indian nationality. Although it is not specifically stated that the candidate must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh. Students looking to find placements in Uttar Pradesh can apply for the job since the state is the only location for the job placement.

3. Age Limit: The candidate must be aged between 18 and 40 years as of 1st July 2021. The age relaxations shall be applicable to the following categories:
