Research Design & Standards Organization (RDSO), under the Indian Railways, has become the first institution to be declared Standard Developing Organization (SDO) under one "One Nation One Standard" mission on Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

To ensure holistic growth of horticulture, Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Shri Narendra Singh Tomar virtually launched the Horticulture Cluster Development Programme (CDP). It is a central sector programme implemented by the National Horticulture Board (NHB) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare.
In a pilot phase, the programme will be implemented in 12 horticulture clusters.
The central government has proposed to borrow Rs 1.58 lakh crore to fund the shortfall in cess collections needed to compensate states under the Goods and Services Tax agreement.
