IDBI PGDBF Recruitment 2024 – Eligibility Criteria
The candidates applying for the recruitment should meet the following eligibility criteria-
- Educational Requirements -: The candidate must be a Graduate of a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD)*
- Other Qualification -: Candidates are expected to have proficiency in Computers
- Age Limit (as of January 31, 2024) -:
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 25 years
- The candidate must have been born not earlier than 31.01.1999 and not later than 31.01.2004 (both dates inclusive)
(Note -: Candidates in their last year of Graduation/Semester may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for an interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before April 1, 2022)

The Selection process for IDBI Assistant Manager 2024 recruitment will have 2 stages, the online written test followed by an interview -:

IDBI PGDBF Recruitment 2024 – Salary
Candidates will receive a stipend for the one-year program. Following the clearance of the program, they will begin to receive their salary for Jr. Assistant Manager post as follows.
- The candidates who clear the test and interview and join the program will receive a stipend of ₹5000/- per month during the training period of 6 months. For the internship period of 2 months, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹15,000.
- Candidates clearing the PGDBF course and successfully joining the bank will receive compensation (CTC) ranging between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
