MH CET 2018 – Exam Preparation Tips

Start with a Mock Test Attempt: Before preparing for the exam, attempt a MH CET 2018 mock test and understand where you stand as of now. This would help you in channelizing your preparation and will help you identify your strong and weak areas.

Make the Mock Count: You should go the extra mile to categorize the topics under the categories: High Speed High Accuracy (C1), High Speed Low Accuracy (C2), Low Speed High Accuracy (C3) and Low Speed Low Accuracy (C4).

Practise Abstract Reasoning Daily: For the next 2-3 months, just solve about 10 questions of abstract reasoning daily. This will take care of the 25 questions that appear in this section. There is nothing to formally study for abstract reasoning. Hence, this approach suits the best.

Build Your Basics: Build your basics. Solve all level one questions. Consistently practice your strong areas and allocate more time to the weak areas so that by the exam time they longer remain the weak areas. You can improve your preparation by taking topic-wise sectional tests.

Gradually Increase the Number of Mocks: In this next stage, make sure you take more mocks as the days pass by. Remember that simply writing mocks is not enough. It is important to give more time to analysis. Check if you have made progress in any of the sections. Focus on the speed and number of attempts.

Hope this helps!
