I. Total marks for the online exam is 200 marks and the total number of questions is 200

II.There is a Negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

III. In stenographer skill test, the candidate who opts for skill in English, during probation he/she must learn to type in Hindi with same proficiency. This is vice-versa for the candidate who opts for skill test in Hindi.
